Cancellation Policy

NON-NEGOTIABLE TERMS

Your Booking is a
Reserved Spot

Security deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. They apply only to the booked date, time, and location listed in your signed contract.

Non-Refundable Retainer

A $50 non-refundable retainer is required in order to start the booking process.

35-Day Cancellation Window

Cancellations must be made at least 35 days before your service date.

Deposit & Contract

A non-refundable, non-transferable 50% deposit and signed contract are required to reserve your wedding date and must be received within 7 days of receiving the retainer.

Artist Unavailability

If your artist becomes unavailable, a recommended replacement artist will be provided.

Contract Terms Are Final

Booking and paying the retainer means all policies have been accepted.

Dates are not reserved until both the signed contract and retainer have been received.

SIDE NOTE

Minimum Group Requirement

A minimum of 4 people is required for bookings (Bride/XV) Exceptions may apply.

Some fees may apply based on location, timing, or service needs.

Travel & Mileage

Per Artist

Depending on service location(Starting at $85 for Salinas CA

Overnight Hotel

Required for 2+ hr locations

Required for locations over two hours from our studio.

Early Call Fee (Per Artist)

$75 Per Artist

Applies to appointments starting at 8:00 AM or earlier including driving time.

Delay / Overtime

$50 per 15 minutes

Charged for delays caused by late or unprepared clients.(No exceptions)

Re-location Fee

$50 per move

Applies when moving rooms, hotels, or locations.(Travel Fee Applies)

Hair Extensions

$50 per person

Clip-in placement and blending. Client provides extensions.

Parking & Valet

Client responsibility

Parking, valet, tolls, and entrance fees are client responsibility.

Skin & Hair Prep Guide

Following these guidelines helps ensure the best possible results and prevents delays or extra fees on your event day.

Skin Prep

  • Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin, especially around the eyes.
  • Moisturizer is allowed and encouraged.
  • Light exfoliation 1–2 days before is recommended for smoother makeup application.
  • Avoid retinoids, Retin-A, tretinoin, or retinol products for at least 2 weeks before your appointment.
  • If waxing your eyebrows or face, do so at least 1 week before your appointment.
  • For the smoothest results, facial hair should be freshly groomed or shaved before your appointment.

Hair Prep

  • Hair must be clean and completely dry before your appointment.
  • If your hair is naturally curly, blow-dry it straight beforehand unless we are working with your natural texture.
  • Damp hair may cause delays, loss of appointment time, or additional fees.
  • Please note: blow-outs are not offered as part of our services.
